Our story
The typical restaurant Suara Longa was born in San Teodoro in 2004 as rural agritourism in the Gallura's campaign. The quality of food and the local cuisine are a particularity of this colourful place and for that reason has received a certificate of “Typical Restaurant” from Sardinia Region.
This recognition is a guarantee exclusively conceded to restaurants able to provide traditional dishes of Sardinia made by characteristic products of the island.
